Overview

Max is an Associate in Loeb Smith Attorneys’ Investment Funds and Corporate Group. Max advises on corporate transactions including IPOs, M&A, private equity transactions, and series financings, and also on the formation and launch of both Cayman funds and BVI funds of all asset types (e.g. hedge, PE, VC and crypto) and regulatory compliance matters. 

Before joining Loeb Smith, Max practiced as a Hong Kong qualified corporate solicitor.
